it's just a mix done with the Multi Track tape. that some years ago surfeced on the internet along with Bohemian Rhapsody, Brighton Rock and Get Down Make Love

I recall Brian was ill during the recording of sheer heart attack and quite a lot of his guitar and harmony work was done near the completion of the album.
