  • Great vid Doc. This was my problem. Then I started eating clean, and eliminated gluten, and the weight literally melted off...

  • I gained 50lbs within 1.5yrs after a trip.. bad bathroom issues.. I did a cleanse and that stopped the HORRIBLE pain but I still have strong bloating (my stomach will feel like a bowling ball) and am tired and lack concentration.. does it sound like celiac or gluten intolerance? I have been searching for an answer for 6yrs :(

  • thanks doc i would try this and will get back in a month time,

i am now 93 kg. in one one word i am having this problem so lets change diet...

but you tuners should thank you for this information..

  • Thank you for commenting on this topic. I am overweight. I have been overweight from about 10 years of age to now. As a young child- I was allergic to everything as was my brother- and my mother eliminated all wheat, corn, gluten from our diet.. We had no processed sugar and no preservatives. At the age of 10 I began to eat your typical western diet and everything changed. I started gaining weight and blew up to 380 pounds before I found out I was gluten intolerant. Now-within a year, I lost 90p
