No one's singing about anyone. It's a song version of a speech praising the leaders of America who encouraged hope.

I think it's kind of creepy to be singing about a president, under any circumstance. Singing about the country is one thing, but a president... just the chills. I think George Washington is one of the few presidents that can be sung about by children and it can be cute.
