@mojoface If you eat the skin. The flesh isn't very blue. Blue crustacean shells aren't eaten, generally, but the white and red flesh inside is, and cooking the animal turns the shell red, anyway. Blueberries are only mostly bluish on the outside, blue corn is closest to not being violet, bluish potatoes are still too violet, edible flower petals are uncommon as food, the mold of blue cheese when it's not really green is still not a huge part of one's diet.

Blue-Green Algae, Chlorella, Spirulina, Blueberries, Maqui Berries have blue antioxidant color pigments that are good for your health. My name too by the way is the name of an medicinal mushroom. I found blue Reishi mushrooms in the wild. But you people didn't come here for all that I know.
