Hi sorry to hear of this, but it is simple to download anything. It takes a while to understand Ubuntu. Just go to ubuntu.org, and ask a question there. Ubuntu can do far more than windows, and more reliably, and virtually zero chance of a virus. It NEVER crashes, and the volume of free stuff is astonishing 240,000 software apps, at least. Most are as good as, or better than payed for windows software.

I LOVE Ubuntu, not good with PCs generally, but I hate windows so much they are responsible for billions of lost hours while people try to figure out what the latest bug is or why windows has crashed.
Ubuntu is a learning curve, but worth it. I no longer use windows now. First thing you will notice is just how much windows was screwing everyone for fees from licences to software companies, and deals. Windows is a good name, cause that is where your money goes- Out the window!!!
