This is the first movement of the piano trio in G minor by Bedrich Smetana played by Mia Detwiler (violin), Joy Keown (cello), and Sammy Angstman (piano) during a student recital at the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival on July 24th, 2008.
@MrProdigy555 lol, what instrument is NOT going to sound rich in a hall with acoustics like that on such a shitty recording? And brilliant? Really? Her technique's not polished and she's playing an incredibly emotionally driven piece with a complete lack thereof and purely literal interpretations. It's flat and jarring, especially when she's juxtaposed with the pianist and cellist - both of whom are considerably more 'passionate' and, simply put, more mature players than she.
Idk what you are listening to....because this violinist is brilliant!!!!!! The technique is wonderful, the tone is rich and she seems to have passion for the music! Brava violinist!
the piano part is so rich
