Wrightsville Beach Stand Up Paddle Snow Tour

This is in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina during a stand up paddle after 4-5 inches of snowfall. This is a unique perspective rarely seen on the coast in southern North Carolina. It look like a snow covered mountain falling into the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). If we could have only put a snowboarder coming down that mountain (hill) at that very moment, it would have made for a cool added element. We were paddling with a great group of guys and had almost total silence for the first 20-30 minutes due to the incredible snow covered vegetation, homes, and landscape visuals from the water. It seemed pretty surreal at that moment.
