Brilliant response - every person being made redundant deserved far better than they got - if anything can be made good out of your comment that Superstar/Blockbuster Corporate/Whole advert is being slated left right and centre - £10,000,000 spent on that crap - I wish this company the worst fate it can imagine

For anyone who has seen the new NU/Aviva adert.
This advert is taking the p*ss. Soon as I saw it on TV and saw who it was for I couldn't help but get angry.
1800 staff being made redundant and they probably spend 100s of thousands on Big name Movies stars, musicians, models etc to do an advert. They could of given these people a bigger redundancy package or on good customers!!

THis is a company that thinks only of lining the pockets of its top managers and shareholders. Staff and customers are seen by them as sources of cash ... nothing more.

in the end i called with my mobil, didnt press any butons till somebody answered the phone and i was told the line i was calling wont be answered till tomorrow morning ( imagine )!!, even though it says to wait, because they are busy, somebody will be with me shortly. has been i living nightmare dealling with norwich union to say the very least.

norwich union are simply terrible, when you call to try to resolve anything, they just pass me around and around till i get to a dead end, no one cares, its so awful, i am on the phone to them, i rang them at 20;13 is now 20;50 and no one has answered the call. when i first called them to get a quote , they asked me for more than £2000, i called the aa, they found me the cheapest insurer, it was norwich union for less than a grand, thats is stealling, for my money!
