Part I - James Neal Primm talks about his childhood in rural Missouri

Dr. James Neal Primm, who passed away July 23, 2009, was professor emeritus of history at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and authored a book on the history of St. Louis. Earlier this year, he sat down for an interview with Missouri History Museum president Robert R. Archibald, Ph.D., in which he discussed his childhood, career, and experiences in the navy during World War II.
