Dominik and Peter are performing our latest CrassFit workout - a tremendously challenging Kettlebell complex training using the 24 kg competition kettlebell.
The complex consists of:
- Swing
- High Pull
- Clean
- Press
- Squat
We did this as a ladder from one to four repetitions and paired it with rope pull-ups. We did three ladders in total.
