1: PICK THE BAR UP USING CORRECT TECHNIQUE.
2: KEEP THE BACK FLAT, HEELS GROUNDED AND HEAD UP.
3: ABS TIGHT.
4: LOWER THE BAR TO THE FLOOR, KNEES REMAIN INSIDE ARMS.
5: IN ONE MOVEMENT STAND UP AND BRING BAR TO SHOULDERS.
6: STABILISE YOURSELF AND PRESS ABOVE HEAD.
7: RETURN TO STARTING POSITION AND REPEAT.
