she isnt stating that one as a female she has smaller hands. two her wrap may be of a different length . so I would say that if the way she is doing does not work for you look at a different video

@evileaub theres different sized wraps and people have different sized hands, so thats probably why nobody mentions ho many times to wrap around wrist, knuckles etc.

@ThatIndianGuy7116 I'm sure all fighters wear some type of wrap to protect their knuckles, wrists and just all the bones they're going to be hitting with.

ive seen countless videos of how to wrap hand wraps and this is the ONLY video that tells you actually HOW many times to wrap around what and where!
