@vexcursion he is the only politician that speaks from the heart, and his positions and policies come straight from his own ideology on american politics. he is not the best speaker because he never reads from a teleprompter, or has someone write his speech, or memorize a speech he himself has written. this is all coming from the top of his head, and he is just talking about the way that he feels. this happens to coincide with the thoughts of millions of knowledgeable americans. ron paul 2012!

I agree, but it hasnt worked. He has been trying to help set policy for over 20 years, introduced more bills than anyone else in congress, and has the nickname "doctor no" for all the times he is the only man in congress who stands up for the constitution and says "no" to unconstitutional bills. He spent most of his work and career out of the spotlight.

Great thing is Ron Paul started campain for liberty where he is helping set policy from the ground up, through local elections and programs

While you're right about the MSM, I'll disagree about Ron Paul's speech giving. He needs to be a Karl Rove type character, less face time and more policy work. He comes across shrill and tinny, if Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee were at the top of Mitt Romney's policy team the GOP would really have had something going for it.
