a huge fan of the old version but now also a huge fan of the new version. both are great in their own ways. they are totally different and thankfully so because i hate to compare the two. zhao wei and li sheng are amazing xiao yan zis! i love them both!

@cherkooyong The newer version is decent enough if you were not familiar with the original, they've changed and added new stuff to appear more with the newer entertainment times of this new decade. It's not terrible but I don't prefer it because I feel they are trying too hard to be flashy and cool. The original had this sort of charm and elegance to it that I don't think the newer version is able to really capture. But standing on its own, the newer one is good enough, just not for me.
