Stampendous Colored Pencils II, Patterns and Papers

Lisa Hindsley, Art Director for Stampendous, continues with the Snowy Short Stack Clear Set, and shows you a great technique similar to crayon resist using colored Pencils. Although colored pencils are not the same as crayons, they do have a waxy consistency and when a pattern is made with white, and a color is lightly colored over the pattern, you can achieve amazing results.
