would this technique work on very short twists? i've been natural for just 8 months so i don't have alot of hair to work with. however, i exercise alot and would like to preserve my twists after washing. i already have the Terresentials Mud wash. please advise. thanks so much.

What if you have mini twists but you sweat a lot from working out? would you still suggest not washing it as often??
