Allow me to possibly inspire you to read about the Articles of Confederation. (Not to be conflated with the Confederacy, it was the first "constitution" of the newly formed USA.) I think all I need to convince you to look into it is that it did not allow the federal government to impose taxes. :) Oh and did I mention there was no executive branch? :D

The democrats poor showing in today's election(11/3/09) may weaken the president sufficiently to slow down his march to socialism--not to mention scaring the bejesus out of both parties.Don't dispair. As a recovering George W. Bush voter, I can tell you that there are millions of Americans waiting to be persuaded by the truth. I LOVE Ron Paul too, but sadly it may be too late by 2012 with all of the treaties that Obama is signing with the G20 and the United Nations. They want us to sign over our sovereignty to the UN and make the IMF the new Federal Reserve, but it will be controlled by Global Elitists even worse than what we already have witht he Fed!

Only God can help us now, but as a nation, we have allowed our government to turn its' collective backs on God!
