Consider this statement: "If humans are animals we should act like animals"

Ok, well I thought I would put this to the test and just see how it panned out.

Thanks to the YouTube user Other4185 for giving me the idea, here is his intellectual 'tour de force':

Thanks to Collins (she is named after 'Phil Collins Greatest Hits' which was the first thing i saw when thinking of a name) my 7 year old bengal cat.

IMPORTANT: Animals WERE harmed in the making of this video but, fortunately, they were all of the small unfurry microbe type that noone gives a shit about.

  • We are not animals. Animals do not immitate animals of different species different from their own. Humans can and do.

  • @YesKMusic

Some birds do, hundreds of species of insects do.....do I need to go on?

Every other people of every other race are animals

See I stated all races so I'm not racist!

  • Liberals may act animals..

  • @YesKMusic Nice, you are a complete idiot, humans = mammals, mammals = Animals.

    You are welcome.

  • @Venaloid My apologies. Not the first time humor has gone over the top of my head.

  • @lek844 - Sorry, I was being facetious when I said, " I like how a building is unnatural, but somehow a beehive or a bird nest IS natural"; mocking the idea that this boundary between natural and unnatural actually exists. I totally agree with noelplum99's video.

  • @Venaloid It would never become unnatural. What are you suggesting? That it has become supernatural? Man is as much a product of nature as anything else. Generally, we compete and survive like any other species, but our specific means is through our rational faculty. Our brains are a natural product of evolution, like all other adaptations. Your difficulty stems from mere disagreement or disapproval with the some of the actions or values of other people.

  • @YesKMusic You are quite incorrect. Many species imitate others, usually as a method of defense.

  • @lek844 - Yeah, I like how a building is unnatural, but somehow a beehive or a bird nest IS natural. I guess it's something to do with the idea that humans compound knowledge and skills over the generations, but then the question is: at what point does THAT become different from a beehive? How many generations must pass before it becomes unnatural?

  • @YesKMusic - Mimic octopus. Q.E.D.

  • Brilliant!
