Michèle Causse (1936-2010) was a lesbian theorist, translator and author. She was suffering from a non-lethal bone disease and decided to end her life with the help of an assisted suicide organization. Assisted suicide is legal in Switzerland. There are two organization providing these kind of services: Dignitas and Exit.

If god was concerned about human beings going to hell, he could tell them himself what they should do. But he doesn't! Therefore, I am not going to listen to 2000 years old rubbish!

To all the people posting moronic religious comments, I suggest you to watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o&feature=colike

  • I cant understand why there are so many people complaining about other people that choose to die how they want.

It's their decision, these people have been suffering for many years and they WANT TO DO THAT.

This shouldn't bother ANYONE on the planet, whether you, me or the governement, except for maybe their friends and family.

But I have a question: Does anybody know which medicament they are taking to kill themselfes?

Would be cool if somebody knows that, it's just interesting to me.

  • @TheGerogero You are right. Murder is unlawful killing of ANOTHER human being. "Self-murder" is an oxymoron, although Christians beg to differ.

  • @lunayasha because in effect they are truly causing more pain, frustration, and death than any other diease in the world. Let these people make their own decisions, if you truly believe god has created you then you must believe god has given people free will, and the choice this woman has made is out of free will.

  • @lunayasha Weeks later my mom died, from what I can see in this video there is more love, kindness, compassion and dignity in this woman's passing (assisted suicide) than what any Christian is offering up. No Im not saying all Christians would do what my grandmother did but I thoroughly believe you need to stop forcing your opinions and beliefs on other people, TBC

  • When I was young my mom was dying from AIDS, I lived with my grandmother at the time, one night when my mom came home she was so sick she didnt make it to the toliet on time, my grandmother, a Christian, started to yell at her with disdain and hate, calling her all this horrible things, that my mom was left crying on a toliet seat in her bodies filth, making her repent on a bible. That memory has always been with me, something so sad and horrible, CTB
