School bus- before Dakota Shine

2003/04 school bus (7- 8 yrs old). Bus operator needs to get 4-5 yrs or more of service out of this bus. Operator is concerned that MTO will cite this bus for faded colouring. It would cost over $4,000 to sandblast and repaint this bus in their shop so it would be $5,000- $6,000 to outsource sandblasting and painting of this bus. Dakota Shine- it took about 4-5 hours to prep and apply Dakota Shine to this bus with a product cost of around $125- $150 to do bus (head to toe).
