Reformatory is a great place to go..but..couldn't they afford to get a tour guide that doesn't mumbler and slur? "mumbler mumbler mumbler..OK...mumbler mumbler mumbler OK..I swear..I felt like he was giving out orders! OK! OK! OK!

@datalorelover lol, I drive by the site of the old Phio Pen, wich is the home of the Columbus Blue Jackets NationWide Arena's parking garage now..I work on homes in and Around German Village, wich is a really neat and historical place..Im so bummed because I have heard so much about the Old Pen, ever here about the Vampire of the Ohio State Pen?? You can read about it in Chrs Woodyard's Haunted Ohio book...The Pen's been gone since the late 90s and Im only 23 so I never got to really visit..

Oops, I left out a word in my last post. I meant to say that they succeeded in tearing down the other prison. I try to always pre-read my comments before I post them. If they hadn't of torn down the other prison in Columbus, then that would make 2 beautiful gothic structures, like castles or fortresses in the state of OHIO. But alas, there is only 1 now. I intend to go back.......hopefully for the Ghost Tour and for the Ghost Hunt. I think it would be absolutely thrilling!!

I was here for the Haunted House. I would love to go back for a Ghost Tour. I would love to go for a Ghost Hunt in this place. Ghosts interest me and fascinate me. The Mansfield Reformatory is a BEAUTIFUL building. I'm glad they never tore it down. Unfortunately, they succeeded in tearing the other prison that was in Columbus. If they had never done that, just imagine the evidence that would be captured from two prisons. It's sad when the powers-that-be have their way.
