Hey what kind of adapter plate are you using? or did you swap trannys as well? I would like to keep the original torqueflight tranny but drop a cummins in there instead. I know there is a company that makes adapters for a 6.2 GM diesel swaps in scouts, but I'm not a GM diesel fan. or at least not in comparison to cummins.

@Sarcasticscum If you have never heard of even ONE of these motors, then this conversation is not worth having since you obviously don't know a thing about diesel engines. That's be like arguing with someone about global warming but you've never heard of greenhouse gasses before. Surely you must have heard of the KT series motors. Oh and by the way, Cummins has, and does, build engines in a V configuration (this further shows your ignorance on the subject).

@Sarcasticscum Guess you never heard of the E9, 3408, 12v71 or 8v92. They're some of the best diesel engines ever made.

what's the point of doing this? That scout was made for off road, and the engine for low end torque......show us what it can do off road crawling....
