We made this movie on India's History for an annual Diwali function at the university of Tennessee,knoxville. We present here 5000 years of India's history in 15 minutes. We have tried to mention almost all important events. Its been a great learning experience.

no i am not...building brand new mega cities, towers, and massive highways over the arabian sea are quite the achievement...taj mahal is aesthetic , whereas these new marvels are purpose-built.

India had never been a united nation before 1947 and so not surprisingly it divided when independence was granted. This showed a lamentable myopia of political judgement of Ghandi and much of the nationalist leadership. It was the genius of the Raj that it understood the plurality of the true Indian and created a viable and generally humane government employing just few thousand British civil servants and officers.

only slight change muslim world had lot of discovaries before advaent of Islam or present Islam not quranic islam, present muslims claim all the discovaruies ever made in anciant arab as muslim discovaries, i have no problem with muslim like you claimimg all indian discovaries as yours but i definetly have problem if you claim arab discovaries as yours since religion is not a race and doesnot contribute to the discovaries of ancient people.
