its mugen but with a screenpack called "everything vs. everything" i used to have the screenpack... and yes both the game, chars, and screenpack are free.

It would have sound if youtube didn't take it off after my video being up for about a year. Also i don't know your definitions of "fake", but yea, there is no SS3 Veget or any of this bullshit, this game is called MUGEN, it's freeware and you can create characters and stages in it. You should do some fucking research before you start saying shit like "LOL THIS IS FAKE SHITZ MARVEL VS CAPCOM". Also, if you pay for this your pretty fucking stupid.
