CERAC rocks! If you don't have one, (I have 6) you shouldn't be commenting here.

No wonder Obama was elected.
This place is going sown the tubes.
And this is no exception.

I was going to argue with you, but after I looked at the prep, all the cups were intacted, so a resin filling would have been just fine. Samll fillings last much longer than larger ones, and these preps were perfect for a resin composite.

WHAT is this?! The guy is ridiculous! With technology of the kind he is using and the work he is doing it seems that he's just milking money from the patient! CEREC is for crowns, onlays and inlays!
Where do you see something looking as crown or inlay in this video?! I even doubt there was caries or old filling he drilled out! By the way, not the best prep... I'm chocked. Of course, in this case there is no contraindiciations to use CEREC, but there is no indications either!
And how much did this poor patient pay? I'm speechless...

Why didn't you show her what a direct composite resin (tooth colored filling) would look like and save her ~ 1/5 to 1/4 of what you charged her for that inlay? The preps you did should be compared direct composite resin which would be just as durable and less invasive since you would have to worry about the draw. I'm not knocking CERAC restorations, they are a good option but you are con artist if you were telling the patient other dentists would do crowns for that prep you did.
