  • Thank you so much for your detailed information. I would really love to see that performance, I still hope that nyrainbow2 can some how get hold of it because I think (maybe wishfull?) she or he has some access to BBC archives.

  • unfortunately, I don't have access to the BBC archives. And I live in the USA :)

  • NME Poll-Winners concert 1968 has the last live performance of the Rolling Stones with Brian Jones. Anybody knows where I can find it? Thanks.

  • The only NME concert broadcasts were 1964, 1965 and 1966

  • Gosh..John Lennon looks so hot with those sunglasses and that black outfit...they all look so cute...so glad they kicked asses......

  • Mick Jagger was HOT.

But I'll always stay loyal to the BEATLES. They were without a doubt the greatest group the worlds ever seen. <3

  • I still want to know why I can't The Who"s performance (two songs).

  • @ElectricStrider1 For The beatles it was: I Feel Fine, Paperback Writer, If I Needed Someone, Day Tripper & I'm Down.

  • 8:42 gets us a nice shot of Pauls broken tooth.

  • Anyone know the set list for Beatles and Stones at NME '66?

I really would like to know if the Stones performed Satisfaction.

    Thanks.

  • @hellomcflyy Don't forget the Kinks, Lulu & Cream!

  • @TheSpecialK56 Around the Spring of '66. One can also clearly his injury on videos for Rain & Paperback writer.

  • I wish they had filmed '67 - maybe someone did - but it definitely wasn't broadcast that year - Id like to see the Beach Boys from '67....

  • When did Paul get into his moped accident? He tries very hard to cover his teeth, but you can see he’s got some kind of tooth injury when he does part his lips at the very beginning. That or he was eating black licorice.
