Another song by my Anatomy & Physiology teacher. This time it's regarding blood flow through the body.
VERSE 1:
The vena cavae bring blood to the heart;
At the right atrium,
Is where well start -
To the tricuspid and right ventricle.
Through pulmonary semilunar valves,
The blood will flow.
VERSE 2:
Through pulmonary trunk and arteries,
To pick up oxygen,
The blood proceeds;
To capillaries of alveoli,
And then, through pulmonary veins the blood
Returns to me.
VERSE 3:
Left atrium receives the crimson tide.
Through mitral valve to
(L) Ventricle, the blood will slide;
Through semilunar valves,
As blood ascends.
Aorta, and arotic arch, and then
the blood descends.
VERSE 4:
Elastic arteries maintain the flow.
To be distributed, the blood will go.
To head and arms above, and parts below.
Delivering the oxygen and fuel
the cells need so.
VERSE 5:
Then through systemic veins
The blood ascends,
To vena cavae where
Our story ends;
So sing this song with me, and you will find the blood flow through your body will be there inside your mind.
It's awesome that you have a teacher that is willing to be that creative. Could you put the lyrics at the bottom of the screen, it is a little hard to understand. Thanks for posting though, thats awesome!
