Just Sitting Here, Waiting January 26, 2011

Hi Everyone,

I'm Back! It's so good to be back speaking with all of you. It's been quite the busy and very interesting month.

Rafael and I got back from California last Wednesday where we attended a Oneness Workshop for Trainers. We learned two very awesome processes and learned a lot about the energy that is about to be unleashed on the planet on February 11th, 2011. Hold on to you hats and fasten your seat belts because this energy will be very significant and will open us all to parts of ourselves that we may or may not want to see and experience. More on this in a future video.

When we got back I was sick in bed for five days with a sinus/respiratory thing going on. At first it was very inconvenient to be sick. You know how it is when you "have lots of things you think you have to do" but are so sick that you can't do anything. That was my gift. And every moment is a gift. Every experience is a gift. We just have to be willing to and allow ourselves to see it from a different perspective.

During my time in bed, it gave me a chance to just be; to just do nothing except observe my feelings and programs as they whizzed by. I dropped into a deep space of introspection and being ok with being in a state on non-doing. Each moment was the experience of what is. I found a very fertile, empty place that was peaceful and sometimes agitating. Each moment was different and awesome. I learned that my mastery was to be patient and just wait for what was next to just happen. Wait for what was next to just present itself without any thinking or filtering from my personality.
I learned that the moment is abundant. Infinitely abundant! The Universe just wants to give us everything. Free gifts from the Universe are continuous. All we have to do is to be able to sit back, wait, listen and receive. How simple is that? Well the truth is that it is very challenging for the ego living in a world of polarity. This is our mastery.

And Rafael and I have some exciting news to share with you. Starting the first week in March I have been invited back to World Puja (www.worldpuja.org)
where I will be doing a new radio Show called "Stream of Consciousness." I can't really tell you what I will be speaking about as I will just wait and see what wants to come up and be expressed. More details to follow.

I have been directed to open up my personal coaching once again and work with you on your personal journeys.
