South Central make their debut on Quantum ahead of their appearance at the UKF Bass Culture night. We've been following these two guys in hoodie's for a while now and got the chance to hear their EP 'Pitfalls and Corridors' before its release on December 5th. It's a real interesting mix between real hard four to the four electro and fast paced dubstep, constantly keeping the energy levels high. I'm sure there will be some Skrillex references thrown around but then again, when isn't there with dubstep these days!!? I've seen videos from some of their sets and they UTTERLY smash it, crowd was literally doing backflips. There's something kinda of scary about their production. South Central, welcome to the family :-)

I have to admit there has been a severe lack in music with atmosphere.

its like every high subscribed dnb/dubstep channel is just uploading mindless filth now like where is the substance?

@PoopyPantyPoop hence the reason why my primary channel that i've subscribed to is Vitaldubstep ;) (awesome channel that supports a lot of udnerground artists) and if i feel like filth then its JD4D's channel all the way (many artists on the channel are guys/gals i've never heard of, but they make some really powerful beats)

Saw South Central in Ibiza Rocks 2010 supporting The Prodigy. I'd never heard of South Central back then but their set was sick!!! Wasn't dubstep, more electro house, but this is a pretty good tune!

WTF is with all the concern? Who actually cares what genre it fits into?!? Why does it matter to you so much?!?!?!?!?!?! Does it really matter whether its dupstep, drumstep or even classed as opera, it doesn't change the tune!!!!!!!!! Just listen to it and enjoy it.
