Thats a good idea.. wish I had thought of it. I used duct-tape to as temp holding method. Hot glue would probably have worked much better.

use a dab of hot glue to hold until epoxy dries

Very true but you can build it bigger than a sat dish. The hard part is keeping the mirror in place while the epoxy drys... duct tape!

looks like a lot of work aligning all those mirrors. A used satellite dish has the correct parabolic shape on its surface. Just stick and glue, or is that glue and stick. Good work.
