Road tolls - on the level of government I dislike the idea of road tolls, or taxes for that matter, without the competition found in a truly free market it would have been high taxes all around.

2. Supreme Court Nominations - now this is something at least the USA government has the right to do. I choose a pro-business nominee.

3. Integration - In this case, forcefully desegregation in schools. I dismiss on the grounds of not wanting a public school system at all and suggest that we go into a system of competing private schools instead. That way the "nothing but pure unforced consent" will determine the integration of schools or not as they are left to do.
