hypnosis for sleep (request)

Another request. This video is designed to be listened to while in bed. The spiral is purely for aesthetics, you don't need to be able to see it.The first 15 minutes is the actual hypnosis. The remaining portion is the flute music with the occasional suggestion to sleep interspersed. Hope you enjoy and any feedback would be appreciated.

wow. two days ago i listened to this. i fell asleep during the counting part. last night, i already returned the laptop to my sister, but i did it anyway. i imagined breathing in the letters of "relaxation" and the letters of "tension, and then did the counting part. still worked. i also did it this afternoon for my nap.

what kind of sorcery is this? :)
