***NARROW PICTURE?*** try this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-EzP8fh98c&fmt=18

in the 25 september 2007 alexandria city council public safety / transportation committee meeting, alexandria police chief daren coutee addressed the committee [video] and said according to the town talk article [here] that drugs are to blame for much of alexandria's crime.

so in the above video, kalb's mike magnoli took a ride today with alexandria police officer david foshee in zone six the so called "hot zone."

one thing you cant help but notice is towards the end of the video, officer foshee is responding to a possible fight or disturbance and you can clearly see those ridiculous speed bumps in the road impeding emergency response and unnecessarily wasting taxpayers money by wearing down and damaging police cars, emergency response vehicles not to mention the damage being done to citizens cars.

  • Zone 6 equals the "dark" side of town. Crime is always there in the dark parts of town.

  • Sure. Let's blame drugs, let's blame poverty, let's blame firearms, let's blame racism, let's blame YT, let's blame the axis of Saturn, ad infinitum.

The problem is NEGROES!!!!! If it was not for YT, the population of Africa would have killed itself off decades ago.

  • dat big dude is percy sullivan, dats my boy mayne, i stay on eastwood.

  • haha i live here and i no that black dood

  • Phoenix? Um, that's an online college. If you have a choice, go to Miami or LSU. Just get your degree and go from there.

  • What I'm saying is: I have more then enough credits. I'm no longer in school. I don't know how the system works in Boston nor do I care, but down here if you have enough credits you're considerd a graduate. Walkin' the stage isn't until May. You also seem to want the last. But I'll either attend University of Miami, Pheonix, or LSU. Okay, maybe you'll say those are terrible schools or encounter by mentioning Princeton or Yale, but any education is better then runnin' the streets.

  • It's only March, and graduation isn't until May or June...unless you want to try to convince me that you are an intellectual savant that was so intelligent that you actually skipped a grade or two, are you? LMAO That would be hysterical. I graduated at 17 (but in May, with everyone else. I then went on to Boston College where I graduated summa cum laude. Let me know what institution of higher learning you will be metriculating to in the fall! Obviously you feel the need to get the last word in!

  • The last comment ya caught in a bad mood. I don't usually swear much. But you're arguing & callin' names when there's really no need for all that. Your first comment might have been 6 months ago but I seen it for the first time 3 days ago. And I really have nothin' to prove. I graduated & I'm 17 years old. And if I'm ignorant, that makes you just as ignorant for replying everytime.
