When you post on Youtube, you would have expect people making comments. If you can't take criticism or feedback, then don't expose yourself to the world. All performers know that there are always room for improvement.

I agree with what has been said about the tempo and the need for rubato, but you do have a great voice.. Maybe a little bit more variable dynamics, though.

good voice but there are quite a some off pitch moments. Piano should be softer in your stage performance. You gesture was not very suitable for the song though. Need to be more masculine varied.
