  • @monataj1455 Thank you! and its great that India won the world cup!!!!!

  • K'naan did live in Somalia during the somali civil war, but spent most of his life in Canada; so this is not a Hollywood song. If you did some research before accusing 1.6 billion people of ripping off Hollywood, you would have known that Coca - Cola came to K'naan and asked him to revise his original song for the World Cup 2010. This song was released on an international platform intended for people all over the world and not just Somalia. I feel sad for you because you are not able to see this

  • AWESOME! Very fitting. I was disappointed though that there were so few women in this patriotic montage. They do make up half the population after all. It would have been good to see mothers and daughters as well as fathers and sons, and some girls holding up the flag or riding with it.

  • @katharagama If you watch from 2:28 to 3:07, you would notice that women have been equally represented. I did not intend in anyway to suppress or elevate one sex/race/ or religion over another.

  • @kingsun34 I wasn't suggesting that you had. No offense meant. :) None of the women were in key positions, though. They were always in the background, and it was always men holding the flag, or at least men in the front of the group holding the flag. I suppose it would have been harder to find clips showing women in the foreground, though. Again, I really liked this video.

  • @katharagama I did try to find more videos with many Indian leaders in prominent positions, but I really could not find any good ones.

  • yh you respect other countries by invading their land, e.g. Kashmir, even if you look at a map it is clearly in pakistan without it, the country looks broken, stop stealing kashmir from them!

  • @rajiv20001 you only getting disliked cause these guys are indians and they know u are right, i voted up ur comment cause its true, it was never meant for india!

  • @bachoo34 fucking hate this word "third world"..

  • Good Video man!

  • I really got vibrations down my spine while watching this video. Why must we Indians fight with the Pakistanis? We are all humans.

  • Some people need to get a life and stop bitching cos they're not speaking for all Indians and Pakistanis. There are enough people causing the fight between Indians & Pakistanis for real..... do we have to do it here. Once upon a time we used to live together as brothers & sisters. So stop the bickering and just enjoy the song. FREEDOM 4 ALL.

  • @Kingsun34. Thank you for putting Rajiv 20001 straight. It's a shame that people can't just watch it and appreciate it. I found it interesting and moving. So Thank you for sharing this.

  • This song was made with CocaCola's collaboration. Knaan might have made the song with somalia in mind, but the surely the entire third world... its ironic how i have to use that word... can identify with the lyrics. there are translations and feats of this song in almost every language that i could think of searching for! its a brilliant song. I am hoping mainstream musicians of india can make a feat with knaan as the offician indian and local language versions of this song.

  • @rajiv20001 relaxx lol its just a song freedom is for anyone
