【三杯時菇雞片】
材料 / 去骨雞腿 8兩、杏鮑菇 4兩、大蒜 8粒、辣椒 3根、薑 適量、九層塔 適量、麻油 3大匙、醬油膏 2大匙、酒 2大匙、味醂 2大匙、醬油 1大匙
做法:
1、薑切片;杏鮑菇切菱形;雞腿肉切片;辣椒切段。
2、熱鍋入麻油炒香薑和大蒜後,放入雞片和辣椒拌炒,加酒,蓋上鍋蓋燜煮片刻後,入杏鮑菇、醬油膏、醬油、味醂拌炒至稍微收汁。
3、蓋上鍋蓋略燜煮,放入九層塔拌炒一下即可。

【櫻花蝦炒豆苗】
材料 / 櫻花蝦 2大匙、豆苗 6兩、蔥 1根、蔥油 1大匙;鹽 少許
做法:
1、油加熱放櫻花蝦、蔥白爆香取出,備用。
2、放入大豆苗、蓋鍋蓋略燜,加鹽調味,盛盤,灑上櫻花蝦即可。
