Gran Turismo 4: Mission 11 (6'43.758)

Gran Turismo 4, PlayStation2, DualShock2, Manual...

Here's my run for Mission 11: 3 Lap Battle @ New York. The key to driving this car is to keep a smooth line through the 90 degree turns, as there are plenty of them. This will help keep your speeds up, and you wont bog your engine as much when you exit the turn.

For the turns after the long straights, you can stand on the brakes hard. But for most of the other ones, it's best to do your braking early and lightly, coast into the corner, and get back on the gas once you're on the curb. For the corners with the extended sidewalks, try not to steer and gas at the same time while you're over it. It tends to let the rear step out, slowing your exit.

Not the best time, but a fun mission to drive! The non-SuperCars are great for practicing taking smooth lines.

This mission was HARD, but I finally completed it... The Tank Car for the reward has like 900hp!

@ipenuju shit yeah, it took me about 3 months to get it done! But you get the tank car for this set of missions so its worth it.
