@aequitas696 I don't see you or anyone else volunteering to have soap rubbed in their eyes, etc. Get off your fucking soap box.

I really find it stupid that some people are attacking someone thats against animal testing. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want anybody testing on my dog, but ya these tests have also been helpful for humans, most of the time the medical industry covers up shit for profit tho. everyone has their opinions there's no need to attack someone with immature behavior. Post something that would be helpful all these comments are a waste of space.

@aequitas696 most of what makes your life the way it is comes from the exploitation of things far worse than lab mice. It's not like some jackass 13 year old is sitting around sticking needles into mice for fun. Why don't you spend your time in the streets protesting things like genocide (a far more pressing issue, dipshit) instead of halting progress. It's unfortunate, but what's the alternative. This is for cancer research you contrarian, argumentative,cause-seeking, fake, dipshit.

@guitarcrazed188 ...They didn't give these mice smoke, they gave them extracted cannabinoids. It hasn't been since the 70's-80's that a study did that! Anyway, have you thought about measurements? Giving proportionate amounts that would be comparable to a human? By the way, a bigger guy has more body fat, so it's not that he can handle more because he is bigger necessarily, but that he has more body fat. So size is irrelevant, since smaller beings can have just as much body fat.

@tnturtlegurl Size has to with a lot... Like with drinking, a bigger guy can handle more than a smaller guy. And due to the size of the mices lungs they could give out in a heartbeat from inhaling too much smoke. It seems like your taking my words out of context. I think a midget would be a better test subject then a mouse...

@guitarcrazed188 Part 2) Hard time finding the specific study that this video is presenting, that is.

@aequitas696 Sigh* Sometimes, you must accept the lesser of two evils. Are you aware that without animal testing, we wouldn't have isolated insulin? Thus, millions of people would've died by now. However, there are certain instances when animal testing doesn't work, but what else would we use? Just humans? Come now, that's too idealistic. I do believe that animal testing for cosmetics and bath products should not be allowed, since we can live without brand new cosmetics >>
@tnturtlegurl You again? You in some sort of nonexistent dialogue here? "Lesser of 2 evils" your ass, you will get back what you approve being done to innocent animals. Now fuck off and don't ever waste my time again.

@aequitas696 Your ignorance is showing, lad. It's common sense that animals are useful to test on before we try them on humans. We use certain monkeys to test HIV drugs on, since certain types don't have an efficient immune system against the disease. The list goes on and on. However, I'm sorry to break that to you :/ It's common fact that testing on animals has further developed our keen sense of understanding the physiological effects of drugs.
