  • What is that thing she uses to mix all the ingredient? Where to buy?

  • It's a BOSCH mixer. You can purchase it online. You can also mix everything by hand. We use the mixer to speed things up for TV. Thanks for watching!!

  • this is the girl from crooklyn? :O

  • Me gustó mucho su receta y la preparación. Me encantan las tortillas pero las como poco porque tienen muchas calorías. Sin embargo, estas tortillas integrales son muy sanas y las podré comer sin remordimiento. Con medida, claro!

    Gracias/saludos!

  • can i use a pan instead of a griddle? and would adding some sun dried tomatos to the dough be bad or really really good? what about herbs? i havent made these yet but the concept is excellent. these are sooo healthy! i was really excited to come upon this video.

  • i discover to just by experimenting with some new ways that hot water changed the flour dough much easier to roll out , i used boiling hot water it works well

  • Wheat Flour Tortilla

    2 cups of hot water

    1 cup of rolled oats

    1/2 cups of walnut

    1 1/4 teaspoon of salt

    2 cups of unbleached flour

2 1/2 cups of wheat flour

  • I make my own tortillas and I'm always trying new variations, looking for the perfect recipe. I'm not vegan; I just eat healthy and am shooting for low carb, high protein to keep my nice figure and health. TORTILLAGUY, do you have a great tortilla for me?

  • Hi, very nice videos and recipies.

I find that some of the recipies seem to be rushed towards the end, in this case we didn't get to see what you mean by pressing down on the tortilla with the damp cloth. And in the tamale recipie we never got to see what it looks like cooked, etc. We never got to see the finished eggplany parmesean either. You may want to consider this when making your next video. Cheers :-)
