Christians, especially fundamentalist Christians, have been trying to destroy America since its inception as a secular nation and not a theocracy. We could insist on the equal application of laws as a nation and remove the tax exemptions now granted to religions. Religions raise monies which they invest, which is commerce subject to regulation and taxation. Religions deserve no tax breaks.

The current 'stature' of America is open for debate. The Constitution undergirds our law. Unfortunately the Revolutionaries adopted, vis a vis the Constitution, the common law of the gvt they just overthrew. In other words, the so-called Revolution was merely a change of regime and minor tinkering with structure. The country was a slave/property owning oligarchic republic. It has not changed much since. The serfs get to vote for their oppressors. Yes the J/C influence certainly supports slavery.

Judeo Christian law undergirds most of our laws as a nation. Were it not for that undergirding not only of law, but of faith in God, America would never have reached the stature it presently has. Now that we have departed from that, the results are easily observable.

You are so lost, this is what the devil wants you to believe. Accepting Jesus Christ Son of the true living God has nothing to do with Religion. The religious leaders you know had Christ put to death. You need only a personal relationship with him. We do live by spirit not flesh. The insecurities will come from not having Jesus in your Life. Christ died on the Cross for you. If you were the only person on the face of the earth he would of died for you. Read the word of God.

Well, I understand and I'm aware of the many fabrications, fairy tales, and lies brought forth by all religions. Having a knowledge does not make such factual. All religions are created by the humans to fill the gap of insecurities, and a need to belong, and in many circumstances a thing to lay blame for human inadequaties.
