how do you make that cut out on the back, and how would you get the hole on the back of it so it isn't sideways when hung up on the wall?

I love your videos and watch several a week.
I made several on the wall lights and find in use they get very hot. I am considering not selling them for whatever ease of use issues there are, any thoughts?

Would you glz the top where the oil goes or would u leave it adn glz the rest?
