@genalewis Yeah I first heard it from a friend and I was just confused about why it was said because I don't take it as a come on if someone of the same sex says I am pretty or compliments me. But then I heard it in a Lil' Wayne song and I think that's where it started... so dumb. Why even bring up the homo thing unless you were thinking about it for some reason! lol

That is so true. Why the hell would I say "no homo" after each sentence. Sometimes they say "no homo" after they've said something that's not even remotely considered to be something related to homosexuality, yet they say "no homo". Fucking hypocrates, I guess it's an american thing.

I have no idea why people have started saying this!!! WTF does it even mean?! Why on earth would I have to get defensive and say "no homo" after saying another girl is pretty or something similar to that? I'm pretty sure you can acknowledge physical beauty without being gay. People are so weird.
