I held a small pillow to my abdomen and sneezed or coughed. Also, it helps if you have someone there that can I apply firm pressure to the pillow :-) I hope you don't do much of that!

Hi I have my tt booked for 4 wks time I'm excited but very nervous I have 2 wks off from work ue that enough time were u back eating straight away when u woke up from surgery how did u feel thanks

Thank you for your input. Your input about wearing a tank top unerneath the binder was probably the single most useful information I received. I bought some long/thick ones and the cushion everything and made me much more comfortable. Congratulations on your progress. I have had the same great results, only feeling low in energy which I assume will come back slowly.

Thanks for sharing, I am 2 weeks post op TT and I am also not standing straight yet, when did your posture come right? I cant wait to be able to stand straight!

so excited! :) i am getting mine done within the next 1-2 years. i had a child young and then twins and my belly is ruined!i have then had major surgery for adhesions where they cut straight down from above my belly button to the bottom and now jsut got back from hospital from a hernia repair caused from the first surgery which they cut me again!my stomach is RUINED so im so glad i am able to get it fixed,dealing with the scar i will have after is better than dealing with the scar i have now!:)
