Pioneer Torro 125cc filmed from a camera in my pocket!

Video attempts to show how it "feels" to ride one of these.
An excellent bike for those who are not afraid of getting up close and personal with the engine, unless you look after them carefully they will run into many problems.

Bikes max speed is 50 - 60mph depending on many factors including how grumpy the bike is on the given day...

Also this is the exact bike featured in the north east motorcycles video... they used my bike ;)

  • Attention: Only buy one of these bikes if the dealer you bought it from resides in the same city as you. Why? Because no other garage will touch Chinese bikes, parts are to hard to come by....If you break down fine your warranty will cover and labour and parts costs but how if your dealer is in another city and no one will touch the bike. The same thing goes for buying over the internet don't do it!!!!!!

  • @XShamuelX

AGREED! I had so many problems with this thing I (actually my angry girlfriend...) Persuaded the garage to refund me!

  • Is it fast enough to go on high way ??

  • @PolishWingedHussar10 on a good day it does 60mph, into a headwind about 50mph, tailwind 70mph. If its speed you want its not really the bike for you. The gear ratio means its got amazing acceleration but the top speed is lacking. On the upside it is insanely comfy!

  • Thanks for uploading.

I'm thinking about getting one of these bikes for something to cruise around, certainly looks and sounds nice.

  • @xhairsfordemocracy Just make sure where-ever you get it from honours the warranty! after maybe a week the exhaust started to vibrate, I asked for it to be fixed... exhausts were replaced free under warranty but it did the exact same thing... and then again after that. Currently said exhausts are away being specially welded. Had lots of little problems too, but all repairs have been free under warranty. Also changing the sparkplug cap is essential if you're going to be riding in the rain.

  • @XShamuelX This is completely and utterly rediculous. Chinese motorcycles are probably taking over the learner legal market. Parts for these bikes, especially the Pioneer, Jinlun, and Lifan are VERY widely available, probably more so than some popular Japanese motorcycles.

5 years ago I would have agreed with you, but a lot has improved over those 5 years, and chinese bikes are becoming more accepted.

  • @YuJays Enjoy your skin while it lasts. :)

  • Getting this bike in September, can't wait :P

  • Could you please make some more videos on this bike, i am looking to get it in a few months time and this is the only video that shows it in operation :) Thanks

  • @PolishWingedHussar10 I don't think they do a automatic gearbox on this model, you will find most cruisers are geared bikes.... 60mph is fine for a bike like this and power 125cc... on the highway in England the speed limit is 70mph anyway, but you cannot take these bikes on highways if you are riding with learner plates... and most carriage ways in england are now only 50mph-60mph anyway...
