i ahve had this prcedure over 4 times and ive had it with and without ansthesia i know how you feel and im only 12 ive had gingival hyperplasia since kindergarden and have had the surgry with a scaple and with the laser. it hurts like heck the next day

i just had a gingivectomy today..and im feeling exactly how u were describing here. especially with feeling like thrs cotton up your mouth from where they cut the little piece of gum thats all the way at the top.

I had this procedure twice. It wasn't bad at all. You do not even feel it under local anesthsia.
