In this particular passage we are speaking amongst
Ourselves as to our shock and to our surprise of seeing something we had not seen in thousands of years. For it is only at this time, 1992, that we had gotten close enough to your planet in order to observe your trivial and/or your physical actions as a human race. We have constantly had you in our heartsin our minds throughout all of the millennia, for you are the same as Onefor you are all a part of the One and in this passage we have Bernard with us listening and conversing as he also observes with us your planet and all of its mechanisms for control. Mechanisms of self-perpetuation, self-destruction, self-awareness, and self-observation.
It is now time that we all, not only in the Universe, but all in your planet use this observationcreate an awareness that is most important for thefor the growth an devolution of your spirit body. Your spirit, which is what youre made of, is infinite and therefore has been put, let us say, In the back seat. Your history shows the reduction of balancethe reduction of awareness due to the city states that have arisen throughout your history. It does come to the point of annihilation being an almost inevitable outcome.
What we do with this particular passage is perhaps place yourself in Bernards place, as he was receiving and sensing our conversation as we looked down upon your beautiful race of beings, your humanness.

As you read the words, allow yourself to look down upon the earth. Allow yourself to be the observer, allow yourself to attune with your spirityour soul, your piece of One, your piece of Source coming and observing for the first time. Give yourself a moment to meditate or perhaps quiet the mind and allow your spirit to be the observer of your entire planetary system and how the mechanism of your society operates.
