  • @poolboyinla, the point was that it becomes affordable for SCHOOLS where teenagers might have the opportunity to engage in a media studies program. Not as a personal electronics purchase, you're right!

  • @poolboyinla, there are a number of models, the base model is around $9K.

  • It's not. But it's a helluva lot less than what came before it.

    And, if its something you have a passion for, then it's a good investment. Some people would pay that much for a pleasure boat, or for something that is needed for their hobby.

  • Thats still not really affordbale for teenagers and kids or really most people.

  • I believe it costs about $10,000 or so.
