Presidential visit of Ma Ying- jeou to Belize

The Official State Visit of President Ma to the Garden City was witnessed by the young and old, Delegates and VIPs and regular folks who will all have stories to tell of his historic visit to Belize The President along with our Prime Minister blazed through Belmopan leaving us with a warm fuzzy feeling inside but a hunger for more. It was very evident that his ease of access, his infectious personality, his wholesomeness and affable demeanor (which even PM Barrow lauded) played a key role in why Ma Ying- jeou became the democratically elected president in Taiwans third popular elections of a National Leader. Ma embodies the hopes and ideals of his people and exudes the characteristics of a renaissance man.
