Hey man, 2 question did your body get like that JUST from doing bodwieght workouts.
and if so like what type of bodweight exersices did you mainly do, anyways good video.

What so great about these and all body weight movements. if you get in to trouble just bend your knees. you can't do that with a 100 lbs weight if you get in trouble end up on your head:D
