Individual bows to ngài Huệ Thông who sacrificed his one eye to " reserve " the right to build this giant Buddha Statue to save lives of people. It took 90 years to complete the statue. This work has changed the flow of water, where 3 rivers met causing killing floods to boats and ships for years before, then the amount of stones used was enormous thus regulated the water flow to no more killing rages.
We went up for a panoranic view and again bowed & chanted in appreciation.
